The Salisbury Art Trail is approaching & an exciting collection of work will be on display here at Fisherton Mill. From Saturday 8th October – Sunday 16th October this 9 day open studio event in which artists living and working in Salisbury

The Salisbury Art Trail is approaching & an exciting collection of work will be on display here at Fisherton Mill. From Saturday 8th October Sunday 16th October this 9 day open studio event in which artists living and working in Salisbury exhibit their work publicly will give you the opportunity to enjoy & learn about their work.



Fisherton Mills resident artists, Weaver Sarah Jane, Jewellers Elinor Cambray & Sarah Morris, abstract stone sculptor Paul Wilson, Photographer Dominic Old and Fine artist Georgianna Priestley will all be exhibiting their work.


Our resident artists will be joined by the Elementals, six Wiltshire-based female artists, with an exhibition called The Past is Another Country which interprets the rich heritage of prehistoric Wessex.



Also exhibiting at Fisherton Mill as part of the Art Trail are Amanda Fisher, Victoria Maxwell, Fran Donovan, Rosemary Dickenson & Armcandi.



With such a range of artists and mediums on display, Fisherton Mill is an Art Trail venue not to be missed and will be open every day apart from Monday during the Art Trail.



Furthermore, on Sunday 9th October, the Anonymous Travelling Market will set up in the Mill courtyard between 11am and 4pm with food & craft stalls, as well as live music. The Gallery Caf will also be open serving delicious brunch & afternoon teas.









Born to Knit


Join us in welcoming our new studio residents 'Born to Knit' who stock high quality, natural yarns & patterns, alongside a variety of hand-knitted accessories. They will also provide a professional sewing-up & finishing service, expert one-to-one tuition, workshops & special events. Born to Knit are located on the first floor & will be open from Friday 30th September.

Yve began her artistic career as a silver engraver but now works in diverse media, with the influence of engraving showing itself with simple lines making complex forms. This mixed exhibition will show a collection including wall work and sculpture.











Folk Evening Friday 28th October 2011 at 7.30pm
A new event for Fisherton Mill come and listen to Louise Jordan preforming live and enjoy a delicious tapas supper in the Gallery Cafe. Drinks will be available. Booking required.
