New Fitness Initiatives for summer

Adults of all ages are being encouraged to try something new this summer at the Leisure Centres in West Wiltshire.

Adults of all ages are being encouraged to try something new this summer at the Leisure Centres in West Wiltshire. Castle Place Leisure Centre 20 July, Christie Miller Sports Centre 24 July, Leighton Recreation Centre 29 July, Melksham Blue Pool 18 July and Warminster Sports Centre 19-21 July.


A fantastic range of activities will be on offer at each Centre with special offers available on the night as part of the centres fitness class relaunch Open Days.


To give a small taster, Christie Miller Sports Centre will host a number of 30 minute taster sessions on the day for new and existing customers to try out the latest fitness trends completely free of charge, with Bootcamp sessions, Kettlebell workouts, Circuit Training, Aerobics classes and much more. So if you have been itching to kick start a new healthy lifestyle, this is the ideal time to start.


"It's a very exciting time to be involved with the kinetika Gym at Christie Miller" explains Katharine Carey- the new Fitness Manager at the Centre. "We have lots of fun new workouts available in addition to the activities being launched on the Open Day, and with VIPR sessions coming soon we are keeping up to date with all of the latest trends."


Christie Miller are also looking to increase the fun factor within their gym with regular exciting challenges and special charity events - such as this months "Gym for Heroes" event to raise money for Help for Heroes - designed to keep everyone motivated towards their goals.
